“Erin geared a unique year-long cohort of teacher-leaders, staff members, and administrators whom she brought together to focus on critical SEL skills, resilience, and self-regulation strategies. This group will work as SEL influencers in their schools and departments next year, along with continuing our monthly work with Erin creating a true turn-key approach. Erin has been able to include all of these skills in such a tremendous way and with such finesse that our group this year now looks forward to our time together, she has helped the district set SEL goals for next year and bonded and supported each other as they are getting ready for the upcoming school year. This program and Erin have helped us remain positive, which filters to students, colleagues, and our learning community. I recommend Erin to any school leader who wants to build a climate that helps students and staff thrive in any situation or scenario.”
